Teds Pine Needle Art and Handcrafted Log Creations began in 2004. Then in 2020 we chose to go online with our family owned business. Our business is unique in that each piece is gleaned from the natural habitat and skillfully enhanced from its natural state. Therefore making many of the pieces exclusive. Since we live in a remote area and are surrounded by forests and trees, it is natural to go out and glean branches and fallen logs from the nearby wooded areas. Each log is meticulously peeled and cut into small pieces for candleholders and other rustic creations.
The Ponderosa pine needles are gathered in the cool Autumn days, to be cleaned, sorted and stored for coiling baskets. It takes hours of skillfully coiling Irish linen, raffia and thousands of pine needles to create our unique work of art. What sets us apart from the rest, is our ability to customize our handcrafted items to meet our customers needs.
